THE TERRIFYING TRUTH ABOUT VAMPIRES, GHOSTS, MONSTERS, AND
MORE he has been praised by RUE MORGUE and SCHOOL LIBRARY JOURNAL alike.
As a founding Editor in the influential Multimedia Publishing
department at Scholastic Inc., Mister Gee contributed the ideas that helped
transform GOOSEBUMPS into GOOSEBUMPS HORRORLAND, a pioneering,
multimillion-dollar reinvention of the bestselling horror series of all time.
Launched in April 2008 with Goosebumps HorrorLand #1: Revenge of the Living Dummy,
earned R.L. Stine his first-ever starred review in PUBLISHERS WEEKLY.
Following the successful launch of GOOSEBUMPS HORRORLAND,
Mister Gee left Scholastic in search of new challenges and founded
SPIDERTECH STUDIOS, an independent, artist-friendly publishing venture
dedicated to terrifying readers of all ages in print and on the Web.
With a bachelor's degree in Journalism from NYU and a master's degree
in Sociology & Education from Columbia University, Mister Gee has created
media for every age level since his career began in 1996 as a film-studio intern
promoting Wes Craven's Scream.
According to eyewitnesses, Joshua Gee presently lives and works at a
secure, undisclosed location somewhere in New York City.
